Community Contributors: David Orso Group Donates Halloween Costumes To Sarah’s House

Posted

The David Orso Group of Century 21 New Millennium successfully collected more than 50 costumes — along with monetary donations — to make Halloween special for children living at Sarah’s House in Fort Meade. In addition to the donations from the community, the real estate office provided trick-or-treat bags for the youngsters to use to collect candy. “We have a great community of people — if we get it out there to them, they will deliver,” said Dawn Orso, who heads up the office’s community outreach and philanthropic efforts. Currently, the David Orso Group is collecting toys to donate to Anne Arundel Medical Center for children who are staying in the pediatric wing over the holidays. “It’s nice for kids in unfortunate situations to have a little joy,” Dawn said. To drop off a toy, stop by the office at 8 Evergreen Road in Severna Park during business hours.
