Ledo Pizza Unveils A New Look

If you stop by Severna Park’s Ledo Pizza location, you might notice that it looks a little different inside. Owner Martin Gorman decided the restaurant needed a new look, so last September, he met with a designer to come up with something fresh, open and modern.

The project took about six months, only 10 days of which was dedicated to construction on the building. “It was a time-consuming process,” Gorman said, “almost as difficult as building a new store.”

Gorman explained that the longest part of the process was getting the custom-made furniture, which was delayed because of the holidays and took about 13 weeks to be delivered. All but three days of the renovation work was done at night, from 10:00pm to 6:00am, to limit the impact on regular operations and not inconvenience any customers.

The new look has been well received by Gorman’s loyal patrons. “It has been great,” he said. “All the customers I have talked to love it and think it looks so much different.”
