Maryland United Girls Excel At Lax Clash Tournament

The Maryland United girls lacrosse team, which has several players from Severna Park, enjoyed a successful run in the Lax Clash Tournament at Calvert Regional Park on November 4 to win the championship. The Maryland United girls were part of the 2027 White Division and had several 25-minute games against opponents from throughout Maryland and the mid-Atlantic. United won two of its games and lost one by a narrow margin but made it to the semifinals to face Pride, a match they won. In the tournament final against Crush, Maryland United girls won, 4-3, and earned the title of Lax Clash champions.
