Park Tavern Donates $13,000 To Coast Guard Foundation

On Veterans Day, the 206 Restaurant Group — comprising Park Tavern in Severna Park and Deep Creek Restaurant in Arnold along with Pratt Street Ale House in Baltimore, Five and Dime Ale House in Baltimore, Oliver Brewing Company in Baltimore and Ale House Columbia — was able to raise $6,500 for the Coast Guard Foundation, which is currently working to help Coast Guard families that were based in Puerto Rico prior to Hurricane Maria. Many of these families were displaced after evacuating, left without time to gather their possessions and plan for new accommodations. The funds raised on Veterans Day were matched by a private donor, bringing the total donation to $13,000, which 206 Restaurant Group managing partner Greg Keating presented to Vice Admiral Sally Brice-O’Hara (retired), who accepted on behalf of the Coast Guard Foundation.
