Daevone Johnson scored a game-high 24 points, Avion Robinson scored 17 points, and the Old Mill boys basketball team defeated Broadneck 66-59 to win the 2018-2019 Anne Arundel County boys basketball championship on February 23 at North County High School. Zach Boston had 9 points, Tra Thomas had 7 points and Kanari Smith had 6 points as Old Mill improved to 18-5 overall and won its third straight county title.
Logan Vican had 18 points for Broadneck (17-5), Che Colbert scored 17 and Jamar Young had 13.
