Open Dance Classes

Woods Church has teamed up with local dance teachers to offer a variety of dance styles on select Sundays this fall. Event organizers hope that people attend the classes and find a new dance style that suits them. Register using the QR code on the Woods Church Facebook page. “The Secret Garden” Auditions
November 5-6 with callbacks November 8

Considered by some to be an enchanting literary classic, “The Secret Garden” has been reimagined in musical style. It’s a compelling tale of forgiveness, belonging and renewal. “The Secret Garden” won three Tony Awards and three Drama Desk Awards when it premiered on Broadway in 1991.

Opus 2 - An Evening of Debuts
November 11 at 7:00pm

The evening will feature newly composed works and performances by classical guitarist Alec Green, musical theater composer Drew Sharpe, pianists Jung-hoon Park and the Rev. Randy Bush, and the Taproot Soul duo of Sarah Kent and Alan Becknell. This is a free concert with all donations going to support the Woods Church music department.
