Winter Storm Takes Its Toll On The Park

A downed tree, which undoubtedly fell from the weight of the heavy, wet snow that fell during recent storms, leans on power lines along Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard in Arnold. The storm caused numerous power outages in the area including almost the entire Broadneck peninsula.
