At 10am on the last Saturday of April each year, groups gather in every time zone to practice Tai Chi & Qigong in friendship together. A wave of health & healing circles the earth as 10am reaches each time zone.
Jing Ying Institute will take part in this worldwide event, providing demos of Tai Chi & Qigong followed by mini-workshops suitable for all levels of fitness. Learn more about better balance, fall prevention, reduced stress, improved joint health, and other benefits of tai chi.
All are welcome! Just show up anytime between 10:00 and 11:30am.
