Anne Arundel County Native Paapa-Berchie To Perform At Live Arts Studio

Known for blending melodic hip-hop, contemporary R&B, Afrobeats and pop musical styles, Paapa-Berchie will take the stage at Live Arts Studio in Annapolis on November 22 at 7:30pm.

Paapa-Berchie moves seamlessly from smooth lyricism to dance-ready grooves, with plenty of space for audience connection along the way. His show will open with “TiDal Wave” (from the 2020 album “O.P.E.R.A.”), a track full of layered synths and harmonies that ebb and flow. From there, the energy will shift through the intimate, late-night vibe of “Mindless Talk” (2024); the bright, chantable rhythms of “GLOW” (2022); and the motivational bounce of songs from the “No Turning Back” EP (2021). Fan favorites like “Queen” (2021) and “Hometown” (2020) round out the set with soulful R&B textures.

Live, Paapa-Berchie is all about warmth and participation.
