Dru DeCaro, SPHS Alum To Perform With Miguel Dec. 16 At First Mariner Arena

DeCaro currently lives in Los Angeles, CA, where he has resided since 2005, when he moved west to pursue a jazz degree at Cal State University. He has since cut records and played with many of the top names in pop, hip hop and R&B. His credits include Snoop Dogg, Will.I.Am, John Legend, Faith Hill, Lil Jon, Ice Cube and JoJo, to name a few. DeCaro has traveled steadily with Miguel over the past four years, and co-produced material on the singer's latest release, "Kaleidoscope Dream." After the current tour with Miguel, the pair will embark on a European tour with Usher, followed by a North American tour with Alicia Keys.

When not filling the lead guitar position for Miguel, DeCaro writes and produces records at his studio in Studio City, CA. He has produced records and remixes for the likes of Game, Lil Wayne and DJ Skee. His band, Smashtronauts, has a release slated for early 2013.
