Fall Concert Series To Get Underway At Hatton Regester Green

The Friends of Anne Arundel County Trails are set to entertain crowds at Hatton Register Green this fall. Four acts will perform in September.

September 5: Jeff Herbert

Jeff Herbert is an accomplished bagpiper, singer and guitarist with more than 15 years of experience and over 30 years of guitar and vocal experience. In addition to his solo career, he is a charter member of the Washington D.C. Fire Department Pipes and Drums band.

September 12: Sparks & McCoy

Sparks and McCoy is the duo of Edward Sparks and Steve McCoy. As of 2021, Sparks and McCoy have been performing together for 37 years. Sparks & McCoy have a full performance schedule for 2021 at various venues, from restaurants and bars to festivals. The music is rock-based acoustic music for the masses.

September 19: Guava Jelly

Guava Jelly is an Annapolis-based acoustic duo/trio playing a mix of reggae, pop, rock and country music. The type of music that Guava Jelly delivers is unlike most other local performers. The band is a Caribbean-infused trio whose reggae vibes are woven throughout the fabric of the band’s diversity of music. For the last 10 years, cross-generational audiences across the region have swayed and danced to this dynamic trio. Guava Jelly is an eclectic mix of cultural backgrounds, reflecting the music they play.

September 26: Bowers & Stramella

Bowers & Stramella is an acoustic duo based in Maryland. Larry and Tony have been performing as a duo for over 30 years, combining strong harmonies with acoustic guitar, bass, lap steel guitar, ukulele and harmonica. They blend old classics, folk, country and soft rock, playing popular music from the ‘40s, ‘50s, ‘60s and ‘70s.

All concerts start at 4:00pm and run for approximately two hours. Hatton Regester Green is in Severna Park at the intersection of B&A Boulevard, Evergreen Road and Holly Avenue. Parking is limited. Bring a blanket or chairs. There are a limited number of benches in the area. In the case of rain, concerts will be canceled.
