HD Enterprises Partners With Anne Arundel County For Beautification Project

HD Enterprises US LLC is collaborating with the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation to improve of a commercial property in Pasadena. Through the AAEDC’s Arundel Community Reinvestment (ACR) Fund, a program designed to spur economic activity, investment, and improvement in Anne Arundel County’s 11 commercial revitalization districts, HD Enterprises is receiving a loan and grant to upgrade a high visibility property located on the Mountain Road corridor.

Nicole Hassannia, co-founder of HD Enterprises commented, “What a pleasure to work with the AAEDC for this activity. They are smartly encouraging property owners in key county revitalization areas to renovate and upgrade their properties with attractive loan financing and grants. The loan was quick and hassle-free, a great example of the partnership possible between business owners and the county.”

Hassannia said the funds will be used to upgrade and beautify the property exterior, ultimately creating a better experience for customers visiting the retail stores and the local community.
