Join the Annapolis Maritime Museum & Park for the 11th Annual Annapolis Oyster Roast & Sock Burning on Saturday, March 18, 2023. Come celebrate the spring equinox and the beginning of boating season by burning those old, worn-out, smelly socks!!
Participants will enjoy all-you-can-eat oysters, oyster shucking contests, family activities, and live music by the Eastport Oyster Boys and Naptown Brass Band. Beverages and other food will be available onsite for purchase. All of this takes place on the Museum’s waterfront campus overlooking the Chesapeake Bay, including complimentary boat rides and skipjack tours.
GENERAL ADMISSION tickets are $50 for adults and $10 for children (ages 5-10). Kids under 5 are free. Admission includes unlimited raw and roasted oysters and live music. Food trucks will be on site with additional food offerings, and beer, wine, and select cocktails will be available for purchase.
PEOPLE’S CHOICE tickets are $100 for adults. Guests receive access to an exclusive foodie experience, complete with tasting stations, a competition for the Best Oyster Dish in Annapolis, and two drink tickets. Tickets include access to this premium experience from 12pm to 2pm, as well as General Admission ticket access.
