On Saturday, February 23, The Y in Arnold hosted its annual Heartbeat for Health event. Sponsored by University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center, the event includes free smoothie samples, dance and exercise demonstrations, obstacle courses for kids, blood pressure screenings and more.
