Beginning with the Truck of Deliciousness in November 2014, the business now offers a carryout restaurant located at 2 Somerset Road in Pasadena. The menu varies daily based on what ingredients can be found locally and in season. Cafe Deliciousness offers catering, mobile bar services, breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night munchies. We held six ribbon cuttings in June! Our first was in celebration of the growth and expansion of Perilla Wellness in Arnold. The business provides an array of healing services including acupuncture and massage.
The community came out in full force for the “soft opening” of Always Ice Cream in Severna Park. The line lasted all day into the night, and the owners and brothers Mark and Adam Cohen are overjoyed to be here.
Next, we celebrated the newly renovated Center for Transformative Dentistry in Annapolis. Owner Dr. Yasaman Roland is a holistic dentist who practices whole-body health in addition to traditional dental procedures.
We also celebrated the seven-year anniversary of Divine Trinity Hair & Makeup Salon, a full-service salon featuring treatments, extensions, braiding, makeup and more.
S&D Outdoor Solutions is under new ownership, and we were proud to recognize Matt Smith for his accomplishments. Matt is the genius behind the incredible lighting of the 75-foot tree by the chamber office. S&D provides an array of lawn care and decking services, holiday lights and more.
Finally, we celebrated as the McCarl Dental Group passed the baton to Dr. Michelle Ayoroa-Perez, who is overjoyed to be the new owner of this well-respected practice.
We combined our Successful Women in Business and Wellness Business groups for a wonderful gathering at BluZone Hyperbaric Spa and IV Lounge in Annapolis. The business is owned by registered nurse Heather Lamb, who worked for many years in a hospital burn unit. She saw the incredible healing that sessions in the hyperbaric chambers produced and decided to open her own business using the technology. She is helping people with many issues in her popular and busy practice.

We are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Independence Day parade this year and are looking forward to a wonderful event.
