Karen Renee Interior Design Celebrates Triple Win At MBIA Awards of Excellence

The team at Karen Renee Interior Design was proud to receive a triple victory at the 2025 Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA) Awards of Excellence in April, earning three distinguished honors in the category of Excellence in Model Home Merchandising.

The awards recognize exceptional design and model home merchandising.

Karen Osborne, president at Karen Renee Interior Design, and her staff were acknowledged for the following projects:

• Provenance Ranch – 55-Plus Detached Over $1 Million

The Courtyards of Franklin Goldmine – Cumming, Georgia

• Portico A Bonus – 55-Plus Detached $700,000-$799,999

The Courtyards at Bailey Farms – Dacula, Georgia

• Promenade Ranch – 55-Plus Detached $800,000-$899,999

The Courtyards of Russell Oaks – Zionsville, Indiana
