Stef Ripple Do Your Best Scholarship

Stefanie Ashdown touched the lives of many through her smile, grace, kindness, motivation and faith. She was soothing and caring – putting her children first, but always seeming to have time for others. A phrase that echoed through her home is “Do your best,” as she would encourage each one of her kids with this phrase, no matter the activity.

Part of Stef Ripple's mission is to support the children and families of ovarian cancer warriors. In support of this effort, the nonprofit has established the Stef Ripple Do Your Best Scholarship. The emotional and financial support Ashdown’s children and family received during her journey was comforting and reassuring. This $1,000 scholarship is for Maryland residents enrolling in a college or trade school and whose lives have been touched by ovarian cancer.

Currently, Stef Ripple is accepting applications for fall 2022. A committee, which will include Stef's children, will review the applications. To apply, visit www.stefripple.org.
