Children discovered a newfound appreciation for science during the first Severna Park STEM Festival on February 29 at the Holy Grounds building at Severna Park Community Center. The STEM Festival was presented by PAAGE, Partnership to Address the Achievement Gap in Education, a Severna-Park based nonprofit that uses STEM tools to improve the academic performance of students. Dramatic demonstrations augmented the interactive exhibits and activity stations.
